Request for Qualifications
Poinsett County is accepting sealed statements of qualifications from architectural firms for programming, planning and design services on a Poinsett County government services building(s), to be constructed next to the Courthouse Annex in downtown Harrisburg, Arkansas. RFQ Packets and detailed information may be obtained from the County Judge’s Office: 401 Market St; Harrisburg, AR 72432; (870) 578-0601. Sealed statements will be received in the County Judge’s office until 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2022 and publicly opened immediately thereafter. Any bids not submitted on time will be ineligible. Poinsett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
