COVID-19 NEWS!!!

Poinsett County discovered on March 19, 2020 that we had at least 1 positive case of COVID-19. We have taken precautions by restricting acces to county offices in the Courthouse and the Courthouse Annex. Signs are posted on the doors with our County office phone numbers instructing citizens to call the office they need. We need people to do as much as possible by phone, mail, email or online. Offices will be meeting with the public by appointment only and only one person will be authorized to enter at a time.

We want to assure citizens that we are available. We are not closing. We are taking these measures to make sure we all stay safe and limit the spread of this virus. If you need to contact us, there are many options that you can do from home. We are committed to working together to get though this.
