Based upon requirements of ACT 198 of 2019, Poinsett County hereby provides notice of its intention to partner with E. Ritter Communications Holdings LLC, d/b/a Ritter Communications, to apply for an Arkansas Rural Connect Grant from the Arkansas Department of Commerce. Arkansas Rural Connect (ARC) is a grant program designed to expand the broadband footprint in rural Arkansas.
